Keto almond puff puff buns

Almond flour is a great low carb alternative to traditional flour for a number of reasons. Not only is almond flour low in carbs, but it is also high in fibre and vitamins such as iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin E.


  • 2 cups of almond flour
  •  2 tbps Melted butter
  • Few drops of vanilla flavour extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Stevia sweetner


  • Add some water to the almond flour and drain in a muslin cloth to extract the milk (you can use this later)
  • Transfer the wet almond dough to a mixing bowl and add the other ingredients and knead
  • Mould into round balls and fry until golden brown
  • Enjoy
