Eggplant swallow with flaxseed without psyllium husk

Eggplants or Aubergines are a nutrient-rich fruit which contains an array of vitamins such as  fiber, folate, potassium and manganese, as well as vitamins C, K, and B6, phosphorus, copper, thiamin, niacin, magnesium, and pantothenic acid. Now, here’s a psyllium-husk-free recipe showing how to make a swallow to accompany your soups.


  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed


  • Chop 2 medium eggplants and boil for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and allow to cool.
  • Blend the boiled eggplants and add the flaxseed while doing so. The mixture should thicken.
  • Serve with your choice of keto-friendly soup
