I can’t believe I’m a third of the way through this challenge. I thought I would have stopped craving sweet things by now, but na lie. I dream of sugar in a way that only goes to show how easy it is to get addicted to sugar. This journey is not easy, but I’m sure it will be worth it in the end and this will get easier.
For breakfast, I had a berry/avocado smoothie and a bulletproof coffee.
Another day where a large breakfast seems to stabilise me for most of the day.
Later her in the day, I had a stir fry carbonara mushroom and courgette with sausages.
