I can’t believe I’m a third of the way through this challenge. I thought I would have stopped craving sweet things by now, but na lie. I dream of sugar in a way that only goes to show how easy it is to get addicted to sugar. This journey is not easy, but I’m sure it will be worth it in the end and this will get easier.
For breakfast, I had a berry/avocado smoothie and a bullet proof coffee.
I had a late lunch of cauliflower swallow with the okra soup I cooked over the weekend.
Very filling, but mostly because of all the meat and fish I had in it.
