Day 13: February Ketogenic food diary

Breakfast

Today’s breakfast is made up of cucumber, shop-bought coleslaw and salmon (I do love my salmon) with a mug of bullet proof coffee.

Lunch – 1pm

Standard lunch as usual. I’m a creature of habit, and once I find something that works for me, I find it very difficult to  consider other options. Tasty lunch as usual.

Dinner 6.40pm

It doesn’t look very appetising, sorry but it does do the job. This cauliflower swallow is quite satisfying, and I find that the frozen cauliflower florets I buy from Tesco and Iceland takes the hassle out of storing the cauliflower and then cutting it up.
