Day 16: February Ketogenic food diary
Keto pancakes for breakfast for a change!
I took a photo before this went into the pan, and it was so tasty, I didn’t remember to take another photo with the finished product.
This is a very simple recipe: Almond flour, coconut flour (that’s the white stuff on the left) eggs and milk, all whisked around in the blender and fried with a little bit of butter in the pan.
Lunch

Cauliflower swallow and okro soup
P.S running a bit low on okro soup now.
