Day 17: February Ketogenic food diary

This morning, I had a smoothie for breakfast!

This was a pre-fab pack with blueberries and raspberries and then some avocado. I blended this all together with some coconut milk. It didn’t look too nice, but it tasted great.

By lunchtime, I was starving and unfortunately, I cheated. I should know by now how important it is to fill up at breakfast time. I think if I had included a BPC as part of the package, perhaps things may have ended differently.

Anyway, long story short, here’s lunch:
