Day 18: February Ketogenic food diary
Wow – I’m so pleased to have come this far.
For lunch, I found these little vegetable steam packs of kale and broccoli from Iceland. These 600g packs are an amazing replacement for rice, and cost only £2. They contain Kale, Broccoli (50%), Spinach, Courgette and Sesame seeds. You basically pop in the microwave for 4 minutes and service with whatever low-carb sauce you have. Here’s how I had mine:
This is basically a corned beef sauce made with a little bit of coconut oil, in which I fried some tinned tomatoes and ground onions, added the corned beef and then added a couple of eggs when it was almost cooked.
