Day 2 : February Ketogenic food diary

So today, I’m really struggling with tiredness so I’m going to have an energy smoothie for breakfast. Let’s see if it works

Update: I was ravenous by lunchtime. I think I need something more substantial especially as I’m on my feet for most of the working day.

For lunch, I put a couple of the frozen avocados in my salad – rocket leaves, spinach, coleslaw, smoked salmon. Quick picture as I was running late for work.

I’m having trouble finding fresh avocados that are neither too ripe nor unripe, so I’ve just bought this pack of frozen avocados from Iceland to try.

By lunchtime, they were fully thawed and helped to give my salad some ‘substance’.
