This was actually slightly less repetitive than my usual. I  did not want to eat my packed salad so I  put it fridge  as soon as I spotted this on the canteen menu at work. It’s called a lamb moussaka. It is essentially the middle eastern equivalent of a cottage pie – potatoes, cream, cheese, lamb and perhaps 1 solitary aubergine slice. I took out the potatoes and hey presto! Keto!
