Day 5 : February Ketogenic Food diary

Wow. I feel hungry most times and I think it’s because I’m forfeiting dinner. So I’m having a berry/cucumber smoothie and a bullet proof coffee for breakfast.

For a late lunch/dinner, I had a homemade carbonara courgette. So Tesco sells these spiralised courgettes which you can use to make “keto spaghetti” just by spiralising the vegetables.

So my recipe for this carbonara keto spaghetti was some spiralised courgettes, carbonara, prawns and corned beef.

Looks a bit messy, but it was very tasty I assure you!
