Day 3: February Ketogenic food diary

Breakfast – Bacon and egg


I’m not going to lie, it’s a Saturday and I’m working so I failed epically. I had a pack of crisps with my coffee as I couldn’t take the tiredness anymore and I needed to be alert to attend to my patients.

So I’m very Vitamin D deficient, and I struggle with tiredness, especially as my day job is quite demanding. I think that quite a lot of black people in Europe have this problem, especially around this time of the year when sunlight hours are limited (and we’re at work anyway when the sun is out). Anyway, that’s a huge paragraph trying to explain away my failings but I failed and had a pack of crisps 😞

No dinner as part of my punishment.
