Keto-friendly coconut shrimps recipe

This is a great snack that’s easy too cook and low in carbs. After making them, you can stick them in the fridge, ready to snack on, or you can just serve with a fresh salad for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Large shrimps
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper




How to make ketogenic coconut shrimps

  1. Devein and peel the shrimps
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and put into a bowl
  3. Beat the egg whites with a hand blender until they are white, soft and fluffy
  4. Mix the coconut flour, a pinch of salt and pepper together in a separate bowl
  5. Dip the shrimps in the egg whites, and then the coconut flour mixture
  6. Place coated shrimps on a pre-greased baking tray
  7. Bake shrimps for 15 minutes, and then flip over and bake for a further 5 minutes, until the coconut flour browns
  8. Once brown, remove and serve with a mayonnaise dip and some salad
